Pokémon Go has been in the news since its launch and there have been hundreds and hundreds of blogs written about it every week. All the news channels have been showing news about how people are getting affected by it. Someone went over the cliff, someone got into an accident while playing or someone lost their job playing the game. Even in the last update of Pokémon Go, Niantic applied a text which asks you to play carefully and don’t play while driving, requesting users to play safe. But this new gadget called Pokémon Go Plus, developed by Niantic specifically for Pokémon Go will help you stay alerted of your surroundings without engaging into your smartphone’s screen all the time. This new device is called Pokémon Plus, which is wearable like a watch or can be tucked in your shirt pocket.

In the Apple Launch Event, Niantic announced a collaboration with the latest Apple iWatch Series 2 which comes with an in-built GPS. Players will be able to view their egg incubation, nearby Pokémon, take PokéStops directly on the iWatch, hatch Pokémon Eggs, view XP and Player, Badges and medals etc. Players can even use items on the watch itself.
