OnePlus 3 with 6GB of RAM Spotted in Benchmark Listing
OnePlus has so far launched three devices and the new device is in rumours from few months, believed to be called OnePlus 3. OnePlus 3 will be the successor of its flagship smartphone OnePlus 2. OnePlus 3 has been spotted having 6 GB of Ram on a number of benchmark listings.
The upcoming OnePlus is recently spotted in two benchmarking websites, GeekBench and GFXBench and the phone is listed as “Rain A3000”. The GeekBench claims that latest OnePlus 3 comes with 6 GB of RAM along with powerful 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 (MSM8996) and runs on latest Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. According to the GeekBench listing, OnePlus ‘Rain A3000’ ( OnePlus 3) scores 2266 in single core test and 5012 in multi-core test.

According to the GFXBench, the rumoured OnePlus 3 has GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 (MSM8996) and runs on latest Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. Other details in the benchmark include 5-inch Full-HD display; 64 GB of internal memory; 16-megapixel rear camera and an 8 mega-pixel front facing camera. But the GFXBench lists OnePlus Rain A3000 to have 4GB of RAM which different from that listed in GeekBench. It is possible that different Benchmarks are showing two different models of OnePlus 3- one having 6 GB of RAM and other with 4 GB of RAM.

The Chinese company has confirmed that it is has been working on its third flagship smartphone for months. Carl Pei, Co-Founder, claimed that “Smartphone will sport a new design and the new flagship from OnePlus would “captivate” users just as the company’s first handset, the OnePlus One, had. He also added that the OnePlus 3 will be sold directly by the OnePlus.

The above leaks could be different from that of original as OnePlus has not mentioned any details about their upcoming flagship OnePlus 3.
