OnePlus X Price Cut in India
OnePlus has announced price cut for its latest smartphone OnePlus X on Saturday. The OnePlus X Onyx Black edition received a price cut of Rs.2000 and is available at Rs.14,999 exclusively at Amazon India. While the other two models of the smartphone, the OnePlus X Champange Edition and the OnePlus X Ceramic White Edition will continue to retail at the earlier price of RS.16,999 and 22,999 respectively.
The OnePlus X was launched in October Last year in India and was priced at Rs.16,999. At the time of the launch and during the first few months, phone was available only through the Invite System which was scrapped by the company in February this year and is now available through general sale.

The OnePlus X measures 140 x 69 x 6.9 mm and weighs 138 grams. It comes with OxygenOS 2.1 (over Android 5.1 Lollipop) and features a 5 inch Full HD Active Matrix OLED Display offering 440ppi and comes with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by 2.3 GHz Quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor along with 3GB of RAM. It has 16 GB of internal memory and can be expanded upto 128 GB using microSD card.
It comes with 13 mega-pixel camera with f/2.0 aperture, autofocus, LED Flash and supports 1080p video recording. It also has an 8 mega-pixel front facing camera. It includes a 2525mAh non removable battery.

The connectivity options for the phone include 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, micro USB. It supports Dual SIM connectivity and includes a hybrid dual-SIM slot, which can be used to put either two SIM cards or one SIM card along with memory card.
